Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging, when applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain products may have different return requirements due to their nature or condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery through customer misuse, modified, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
